Janie's Art Studio

Built around 1900 it was the home of Supt. L.S. M'Dowell, who
was one of the supervisors for the Davis Coal & Coke.

The House over-looks the mountains of the Potomac Highlands.
The Buxton & Landstreet Company Store, at the bottom of the
hill has been converted to a gallery for West Virginia Artisians
called mountainmade.com. It is just a short walk to their doors.
